He’s in the hospital with an infection. Not sure how he got it, but it’s in his blood and could get worse.

Could mean two things on old style. The older trigger assemblies were made from aluminum and not polymer and some in the early 2000s had the j lock safety feature. You can see if it has the j-lock from photos of the side of the safety buttons. I bet it is probably just meaning it is an aluminum hou...

Needing a trigger assembly for a 16ga

Found one that’s used. Says for 12, 16, 20ga. But old style. Is that before they went to the safety lock ?
Same basic trigger group but old style without the safety lock?

I am needing to modify the grip on my Franchi 20ga. It came with the pistol grip and I traded it for a compact stock the grip from the trigger back really sweeps straight back and then drops down. Feels like I have to really stretch my trigger finger forward and doesnt feel natural anyone here ever...

I would agree. I have a Franchi A3 in a compact version and the distance from the grip to the trigger is longer than any other gun I have. Apparently they contracted Arsenio Hall to design that portion of the gun. :D My theory is that the Franchi's possibly were originally made with waterfowl hunte...

I bought mine new originally..it came with stock shims. Had the same issue, I added 2-3 of them and it’s perfect.
