Rubbed ribs down with mustard. Applied dry rub on both sides. Put in smoker for 3 hrs on 250f. Pulled and put 4 pads of butter down bout 1” thick, more rub and a string of honey layed meat side down in tin foil. Wrapped them and back on smoker at 275 for 2 hrs. Pulled and put both in a pan and glaz...
