Is the shell coming out of the tube ?
I’m having trouble with my sa28 when firing the second shell stays in the magazine tube but fires and ejects the first one fine.
I’m thinking it’s a timing problem may need a different power piston.

Well, if that’s fourth yards with the factory tube, save your money and just kill turkey with it…

Either of those shot in a M2 with a ic 555 should be over 300 , my guess would be point of aim point of impact off or as stated try another tube.
