I ended up finding some felt that i forgot i had and it worked perfect

Watched my buddy shoot this one with the 20ga this morning. Hal I left the gas seal out of this one and it went BOOM!

Thanks for all of the kind words. Tommy I think persistence played a bigger role than patience. Trust me my patience was long gone but I wasnt going home without a bird and if you ever have an opening I would love to come shoot a TN bird. And same goes for you this way.

Sweet! I killed one with that load last year but I was shooting 8s. I think you will be fine putting the other 1/16th of the shot in the load. There should be enough set back that all of the shot will be in the shot cup. Good luck.
