You learn how to cross T's and dot I's or you better be really lucky. Less is usually more, learn to get close, and understand how terrain plays a role on getting a turkey to come to you.

SX4 3.5" black stock and flat dark earth ceracot on the metal. Includes a Jebs . 665 that was ceracoted and a picatiny rail that was done as well. Low shot count... Maybe 70-80 rounds.

I don't know what the exact range was on all of mine but my Oklahoma bird was 66 yards. Stone dead with 2oz of tss#8. Just remember that taking longer shots you need to allow for holdover. I am at the top of the head.

I've tested a lot of chokes and loads but not as extensive as others. What I've found is Indian Creek will have the tightest core patterns and Jebs patterns will likely be the close to same size (may be smaller) but have a more even distribution. I agree if you're not handloading try Fox Trot ammo.
