Re: Bino Harness

7x7x2" as measured on mine. In that the flap is adjustable and sides are soft padded and flexible, binos larger than my measurements would fit. The removable box call holster is a perfect fit for the newer model Thermacel. The diaphragm pockets are a perfect design that allow the unintended loss of...

Bino Harness

Was looking at the ALPS Vantage and Was wondering if someone could give me the inside dimensions of the pouch on one of these? I am looking for a harness with a pouch, doesn't need to be this one. So I am open to other suggestions as well. I need the interior dimensions of the pouch to be about 7.5i...

Re: Rock island 410 single

Any info on how they come choked. I might have to pick one of these up. Nice looking gun. Open? I read some reviews on them. Should be able to have them threaded. Once I hold one in hand I will get a picture of the end of the barrel Thanks That's kind of what I assume too, probably Improved cylinde...

Re: Contriction on 16 gauge

I like .605 in my standard bore guns. .615 does well also and is a little more forgiving, I just prefer a bit tighter pattern. That said I know of one particular gun (buddy's rem 870) that patterns the .615 much better than the .605, however mine does not. So you may have to tinker a bit, 16s can be...

Thanks shooter, the purple federal hulls are great to start out with. They load up and crimp the best of any 16ga hull I have found.

Re: Are Russell moccasins really worth the money???

:pukeright: I wore Keen hiking shoes all season.. Keens or Itasca for spring hunting is where my money goes as well. Light weight, breath well, and most importantly very comfortable. Most of our shop uses keen hikers for work boots, they are the cats pajamas for walking on concrete and hold up great...

16ga fold crimps

Since there has been a bit of talk of fold crimping new hulls recently, I figured I would share. These are new cheddite hulls, I use a Lee load all to start crimps on new hulls and finish them on a MEC. I actually do this in multiple gauges as many times they can be had for the same price or cheaper...

Wendell Rye made me a call to commemorate my son's first hunt. I couldn't be happier. It has a sexy sweet sound that any woods hunter would love. WTT Primos TightWad

12 gauge Beretta/Benelli Mobile threads .655 constriction Shot about 7 times max. Seeing if anyone is interested in trading this choke for a 20 gauge turkey choke in RemChoke threads. I don't care what choke it is, not looking for anything in particular, I just need a starting point. I got an 870 yo...
