Re: preferred load
This year I moved from 3" Heavy Shot #6 out of a Remington 870 with a .665 Indian Creek choke to shooting hand loaded 3" TSS #9. I also moved from fiber optic sights to a Burris FF3. Good stuff!

Re: Looking For Tips On Using A Tube Call
Time to write a novel lol I've run a tube 24 years, hands down my favorite call. I learned from a fella in town, very good Hunter. I started on qb metal snuff can. Then they came with super snuff, nothing other than a film canister. Honestly when I have no more I'll scour eBay for 35 mm film Ed. I ...

Re: Turkey Nuggets
Another great way to prepare them is to coat the nuggets in Cavenders All purpose Greek Seasoning and leave in a zip-lock bag overnight in the refrigerator to marinade. When ready to eat, batter them with House Autry Medium Hot Breading, and fry in Peanut Oil. The flavor is fantastic!

Re: Looking For Tips On Using A Tube Call
Thank you sir! I’ll give that a try to adjust the volume. I’ll also give proph a try as well as I believe I have some pieces I purchased a while back for thinner reeds on the mouthcalls I had been putting together and testing.

Re: Looking For Tips On Using A Tube Call
Thanks guys! I appreciate the help. I've been testing different reed thicknesses as well which has helped to get more of the sound that I was looking for. The call comes with two thicknesses of latex to begin with, but I also have a bunch of other latex from building mouth calls laying around that I...

Looking For Tips On Using A Tube Call
I just picked up my first tube call from Woodhaven, and I'm looking for recommendations or pro tips from those of you who have some time in the saddle with this type of call. I've looked at some videos posted on youtube, and can seem to reasonably yelp with it as well as gobble. Haven't quite perfec...

Re: Permethrin
Go to tsc buy concentrate dilute What ratio do you use in mixing? Like many of the individuals above, I treat the outside of all of my clothes in addition to my turkey vest. I also treat my boots as well. The effectiveness of Permethrin is supposed to be approximately 6 weeks or 6 washings. That is...
