Re: Whos with me??????????

Only one problem with your little history TT - you left out the part about how the conservative Democrats of which you speak became Republicans after the passage of the civil rights laws in the sixties and now comprise what could be considered the core of the Republican Party.

You are right when you say I know little about you, but now we all know you are a person who would post a picture like that with caption like that.

Re: Whos with me??????????

Spursuader, your posting of a picture portraying the Obamas as apes tells me, and should tell everyone else, everything I need to know about you. Fortunately, it has been deleted.

Re: Never Stand In Line.

Not my intent to make it political, to me the Office is still to be respected even when it's not "my guy" in there. I'm convinced they've all done their best and did what in their hearts and minds was right given what they've faced at the time. It's easy to dissect their moves in retrospe...

Re: Never Stand In Line.

A certain relatively small segment of the population suffers from a newly diagnosed psychological condition called ODS (Obama Derangement Syndrome). One unusual symptom is obsessively attempting to infect as many others as they can.

Just what is he shooting? According to one anonymous writer on the internet he is shooting from station 8 at a clay target launched from the low house at the Camp David Skeet Range. He used an overhead Google Earth photo of the range and entitled his post "Debunking the Skeeters." If he w...

My current favorites are Cane Creek Smoker mouth call and Kaiser GS-1 crystal and Crane Creek Limited Edition Walnut Slate pot calls. I've called in a lot with the Primos True Double and the Hook's Executioner.

Re: 2nd Gobbling Peak

I agree that there are lots of hens that wander around all day dragging around a gobbler or two during most of the season. I don't do as well mid-morning when the hens were said to go to their nests as I used to. I used to see groups of two to four gobblers but now they are usually with a flock of h...

Re: your view on guns & ownership.

I believe we have the right to own firearms for hunting, target shooting and self-defense but with what are sometimes called "common sense" restrictions. I have stated my dislike for the assault type weapons. I agree with what Jim Zumbo said years ago about hunters associating themselves ...

Re: Oh Yeah its Squatchy

Watched the DVR recording of the Michigan show tonight. One guy claimed to have seen a bigfoot plucking a chicken next to his chicken coop, so they probably would eat a turkey. Good reason to not make my calls too realistic - would hate to have one sneak up on me like a coyote or bobcat.

yeah, the gun control is secondary but I seriously think there needs to be a psych test or something done before one can own....then again, you can just go buy a gun off the streets regardless...either way. If teachers carried weapons there is that split chance that someone could have done somethin...

Saw one of the cast members, Bobo Fay, on Conan a few weeks ago. He hinted that the results of a DNA study of hair and other samples were going to come out in the near future and might prove Bigfoot's existence. We might have to watch for more than other hunters sneaking up on us. I wonder if they e...

Re: Disturbing Trend

I always die laughing when I watch some of the hunting shows where someone who has probably paid a lot for the privilege sits in a deluxe enclosed elevated stand and glasses the various bucks who wander onto the food plot like a herd of Angus cattle. They carefully evaluate each buck's rack and deba...
