The 20 ga loads that use 300 MP powder are the 2 oz and 2 1/8 oz of shot . I have yet to load either, but me and others I know have had issues of the primers wanting to pop out of even 1 5/8 oz loads in 20 gauge semi autos,. I run a compnchoke mod .020 in mine and have been more then pleased with its performance. With 1 5/8oz and 1oz loads

1 5/8oz 9.5’s
Compnchoke .020 mod
40yds 8” circle

I run the 9.5’s in mine, I’ve shot 1oz and 1 5/8oz. Normally run 1 5/8 oz in the chamber followed by 1oz loads. I got good numbers with the 1 5/8oz load out of a compnchoke mod.
