Re: 835 Problem
Wow that is strange I have had mine a few years now and no issue at all with 2/3 - 3 - and 3 1/2 inch turkey loads and cheap trap loads. I have wondered if shooting the 2 3/4 shells at the trap range could foul the chamber which is normally protected by the shell casing? I do clean the chamber and t...

I bought a Super Tatr III from Cabelas last year and really like it. I can't carry as much stuff as before but that isn't always a bad thing.

Try this link they are just down the road from me. I bought one they recommended and sanded it to fit my Mossberg. They have many sizes and patterns for you to use. Give them a call or email they are very helpful!!

Carlson's choke below works great for me and it also does well with the Dead Coyote loads from HeviShot!

Re: Got to ask...
I have had one for a few years and no issues. Funny thing is my hunting partner was at the pattern board with his Bemeli and I had the 835, we shot the same load out of each other's gun and really no difference in recoil to us. I did put a limbsaver on mine right away as I do with all of my rigs. Al...

Good info again Clark and I still use with success the Turkey and dead coyote loads. My friends use their duck loads and their pheasant loads (Non lead) with great success as does our guide!!!!

Re: The Lowly 22 LR
I have to agree with you but I am not the qualified shooter you are. I did learn on the Old remington pump back in the late 40's with open sights. Finally bought one of the first series of Ruger's 10/22 and put the scope on it. A few years ago I gave it to my friend for his girls to learn on and the...
