My Sa-20 came with a picatinny rail. I took it off and put a SumToy base on and mounted a Vortex Venom on it.

Hoobilly, Look at the screws that came with the base. I'll bet they are too short. If you're not using all of the threads that are cut into the receiver things have a tendency to move. Same goes for the screws that hold the sight to the base. I have an FF3 on an OR3GUN base a Vortex Venom on a SumTo...
