Re: Browning BPS
I do have a IC .555 that fits a Winchester SXP. I think they take the same chokes. Will definitely try it

Re: Browning BPS
26" and 28 is all I'm seeing on their website. I'm partial to 26's that's all I have ever used in my 12 and 20's.

Re: Browning BPS
Thanks for the replies. I am going to try and find the composite stock with a 26" barrel and get it dipped. I will be shooting 1 5/8 #9's. If it shoots as good as my 870 it will be a killer

Browning BPS
Has anyone tried one these. I was looking at one with a composite stock and 26" barrel. I've been shooting an 870, but wanting to fix up another 20 for a backup.

Re: Remington 870 cycling issues
Yes it cycles fine. The only time it messes up is after I shoot. It's got to be something to do with the heavy kick of the shell.

Remington 870 cycling issues
I shoot 1 5/8 reloads and after the first shot it will not drop the next shell out of the tube. After taking the shot hull out I have to close it and pump it again to get the next round in. I can shoot light dove loads with no problems. Has anyone ever had this problem before.
Thanks
Thanks

Re: Mounting a FF3
I talked to Burris today and they said they are making a speed bead mount for a 870 20 guage. He said it should be out in a couple of weeks.

Re: Mounting a FF3
What size dot does everyone use. 3 or 8. Thinking about getting one for my 870 20 guage. I have the FF2 on my 870 20ga. It's a 4 moa and has a lot less that can tear up than the FF3. Been running FF2's since 2010 without issue. Also, swapping batteries isn't near as big of deal on the FF2 as it's m...

Re: Camo dipping
Where are you located? I had one dipped by Color & Camo several years back. They did a good job and reasonably priced. At the time they were in Boaz, KY but I think they’ve moved to IL somewhere. When the camo finish finally wore off in spots I had it cerakoted. I like the cerakote MUCH better....

What's the 90/93 load I see on some people's post. Also what's everybody's favorite 20 guage 3" load? I am new to reloading and just wondering. Thanks.

Re: 870 26" barrel choke
Use a load with the VP90 wad!!! The kicks will chew up any other wad!!! VP92 or csd wads. My 870 with a kicks .560, and a 21” barrel liked the Big 20 Stubby XL load. Steve7DD3C336-0052-487A-92B0-38FBCBDF9217.jpeg That's a great pattern. I wonder if the 560 will be to tight with the 26" barrel
