Box call maintenance
I have a box call that I use a lot. It's gotten to where I have to chalk it constantly. I used to be able to go days without doing anything to it. Is there anything that I can do to get it back in shape? Clean it? Sand it? New chalk?

Ive had a scope done. There is a cerakote that is air cured instead of baked on. I think they used that on it.

Side note. The app doesn't account for changes in elevation, so the distance it covers doesn't account for actual distance travelled on the ground.

As a former timber cruiser, I can tell you that the majority of tracts aren't exactly as advertised. Very few land lines run as straight as they're supposed to.
